The Pennsylvania Women's Political & Business Alliance is a bi-partisan organization that promotes the full involvement in the political and economic marketplace in Pennsylvania. WPBA network extends throughout the State of PA and includes, corporations, non-profit organizations, and plans to co-sponsor initatives with women organizations in the Caribbean. We propose to create and make change by: *Increase women's business ownership *Seek partners to drive ground breaking solutions. *Educate and increase number of women desiring to run for office. *Create awareness through seminars and workshops. *Develop talent banks to match women leaders with open positions on boards and commissions.
